The value of imports from Bolivia was 29.3 per cent higher than in February of the previous year, thus amounting to $53 million. More than half of the value of imports was in Sitc687 (tin) representing a share of 55.7 per cent. Other major product categories of imports were Sitc522 (inorganic chemical elements, oxides and halogen salts), 8.8 percent of imports, Sitc287 (ores and concentrates of base metals, n.e.s.) 7.1 % and Sitc057 (fruit and nuts (not including oil nuts), fresh or dried) 5.1 % of imports.
The value of exports to Bolivia declined by 6.5 per cent compared to in February of the previous year, thus amounting to $30 million in February 2025. The largest product groups of exports were: Sitc764 (telecommunications equipment, n.e.s., and parts, n.e.s., and accessories of apparatus falling within division 76), which represented a share of 12.7 per cent of total exports, Sitc792 (aircraft and associated equipment; spacecraft (including satellites) and spacecraft launch vehicles; parts thereof) 8.8 % and Sitc571 (polymers of ethylene, in primary forms) 5.7 % of the exports.
